Return Policy
Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.
Please return all merchandise with a brief note and return authorization number.
Never a restocking fee.
All exchanges/returns must be made within 30 days from date of order.
All approved returns received after that date are subject to an in-house credit.
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON USED MERCHANDISE.
Any used merchandise shipped to Quad City Sports will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Total refund/credit for racquets returned will be subject to a $6.00 stringing charge.
Any custom string purchased will not be refunded or credited.
Do not return racquet covers unless defective.
All exchanges and rejections will incur a reshipping fee of $7.50.
All returns on new merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer's carton and ALL
associated accessories, instructions and warranty information must be included in order to receive a refund/credit.
Exchanges/Returns may be brought in person to our showroom.
All returned packages must be wrapped properly. ALL UNWRAPPED PACKAGES WILL BE REFUSED.
1. Please do not adhere shipping labels and tape directly to the manufacturer's package.
2. Manufacturer boxes can be wrapped in a trash bag or paper bag if no box is available.
3. Racquets must be mailed boxed/padded to ensure additional damage will not occur during shipping.

ALL ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS.
ONE LOW $7.50 SHIPPING CHARGE FOR UNLIMITED QUANTITY WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL U.S.
2ND DAY AIR, NEXT DAY AIR & PRIORITY MAIL available for Continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
Small additional shipping charge for orders shipped outside Continental U.S.
Once shipped, delivery time depends on shipping method and location.
Warranty Policy
Tennis and Racquetball Frames
1-year limited product warranty.
Squash and Badminton Frames
Due to the nature of the games, most racquets do not carry a warranty. Please inquire as to your specific frame.
Strings on New Frame
30 day warranty. (Breakage due to normal play not included.)
Shoes/Other Items
Limited product warranty. (This does not include normal wear/ tear & toe drag, accidental damage, misuse, or improper care.)

Items may be repaired whenever possible.
One of the following actions will be taken:
o A. Defective items returned within 30 days from date of purchase are issued a replacement/ exchange/ credit or refund if a defect is found.
o B. If past 30 days, merchandise may be forwarded to the manufacturer for inspection. Please allow 4-8 weeks. (Replacements may be exchanged through Quad City Sports for another item, or you may receive a Quad City Sports in-house credit to be used at a future time. Rejected products will be returned to you by Quad City Sports with an explanation.)
o C. Items maybe repaired whenever possible.
? All replacement merchandise carries the remainder of the original warranty.
? In-House Credits must be used prior to expiration date.
? Tennis, Squash, & Badminton frames replaced will be UNSTRUNG if returned past the first 30 days. If you would like you replacement racquet strung please include instructions and payment with your return. (All racquetball racquets come PRESTRUNG).
